Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Health data we collect

Wasavi collects health-related information only when an adult account holder chooses to enter it. This can include information about the account holder and about household members they manage:

• Medical and dental appointments (dates, times, provider names, notes)
• Medications (names, dosages, schedules) you ask Wasavi to track
• Health reminders you create
• Any health information you include in messages to the assistant

We do not collect health data from wearables, precise location, or other sources you have not entered.

Why we collect it

We use consumer health data only to provide the features you ask for: showing appointments on your household schedule, sending you reminders, and answering your questions about your household's upcoming health-related tasks. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We share consumer health data only with the service providers that process it on our behalf to run Wasavi:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud hosting and data storage (United States)
• Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock): Running the AI models (Anthropic Claude) that generate assistant responses. Anthropic does not receive your information. See "AI models and Amazon Bedrock" in the Privacy Policy
• [Email delivery provider - to be confirmed]: Sending account and waitlist email

We do not share consumer health data with any other third party unless you give separate consent or we are required to by law.

How we get your consent

We ask for your consent before collecting consumer health data, separately from agreeing to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. [Consent mechanism in the app to be described here once implemented.]

Your rights

You can:

• Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and access that data
• Get a list of the third parties and affiliates we have shared it with
• Withdraw your consent to collection and sharing at any time
• Request deletion of your consumer health data

To exercise these rights, email privacy@wasavi.aiwith the subject "Consumer health data request." We may need to verify your identity. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response and asking for a review.
